Everybody has the potential for psychic powers. They can be developed is noticed.
But what is more important is this. If you have to ask if your husband loves your kids, then you already know this answer. You are just starting to voice a concern that has been growing for some time now.

If your children are psychic, then wouldn't they know the answer to this one? Is there a psychic room on yahoo answers?

1. It's possible, but you really wont be able to know until they know.
2. If you already have a husband and he is the Father of those children, then, there is a strong possibility that he loves those kids as much as you do. If you do not and you're wondering about a future husband, then no, even though step parents can be very loving and nurturing, more times than not you will find that they do not love your children like you do, but as long as he loves them that's good enough.
